We help with installation, permissions, shortcuts, and how AgentTape works. Start with the checks below, or recover a download if you already bought it. Write support@agenttape.app.
- No menu bar icon: open AgentTape, then look for the cassette icon.
- Missing picture or mic: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording / Microphone → enable AgentTape, then restart the app.
- Shortcuts: Settings → General → Change. Option+Command is the default clicker.
- Find a recording: open ~/Tape/clips or paste the review line copied after Stop.
- Finish setup or Quick start is in the AgentTape menu if you closed the first-run guide.
